Intern, Listed Funds-Capital Markets

About This Role

Internist for Listed Funds-Capital Markets at CapitaLand Investment Limited, a Singapore-based real asset manager with $120 billion in funds. The role requires monitoring maturity, accurate SAP transactions, and preparing quarterly capital markets reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly.
• Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system.
• Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
