Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer-facing technical lead for global fab operations.
- Lead cross-functional technical programs across multiple tools/process areas.
- Translate customer needs into clear execution plans and roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end program governance, including risk management.
- Troubleshoot complex process engineering and customer product issues.
- Partner with customers as an extension of their organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in relevant engineering/science field.
- 3–5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
- Proven ability to operate as an independent contributor in customer-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of fab operations and manufacturing constraints.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in presentation development and data visualization.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and business.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for customer meetings.
