Responsibilities
- Analyze capability gaps and align learning to business requirements.
- Coordinate training logistics, resources, and trainer arrangements.
- Track participation, administer feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Manage learning materials development and external vendor relationships.
- Support talent assessment, HiPo programs, and succession planning.
- Monitor learning budgets and ensure compliance with frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, HRM, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant L&D/HR experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
