Yield Engineer (Tuas)

- • Process Yield loss & Defective rate improvement.
- • Lead team for yield loss improvement activities.
- • Work with cross-functional teams from various department to improve yield performance.
- • Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yields targets.
- • Prepares reports, publishes findings, and makes presentations to communicate results.
- • Prepare and submit required yield loss monthly reports (assigned process).
- • Performing deep-dive analysis to identify root causes to meet/exceed the yield targets
- • New Product or New line initial yield follow up and improve before mass production.
- • Any other tasks assigned by superior.
- • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environment, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Requirements:
- • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- • 2 years of working experience in manufacturing sector is preferred/ Fresh is acceptable.
- • Excellent analytical skills and self-starter with ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments.
- • Good technical report writing and presentation skills.
- • Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Power point. Familiar with JMP, SPC, Data mining, Statistics, are added advantages.
