Full Job Description
- • Perform sales activities to achieve the sales target of the sales division.
- • Support the Sales manager to drive and control global sales activity.
- • Sales activities include pre and post price negotiation activities, customer visits, sales budget planning, order and payment monitoring, forecast report preparation, etc.
- • Develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for each assigned account.
- • Understand the electronic market, and emerging market/application trends and develop business proposals for future business expansion.
- • Develop multi-level business partnerships with each assigned account and strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.
- • Work closely with internal functions (like marketing, customer service, logistics, and production) to provide a high level of sales service to assigned accounts.
- • Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
- • To work closely with Global related account sales to implement business plan and achieve global target.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering related field.
- • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- • Hands-on B2B experience, bringing a results-driven approach to client engagement and business operations.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team while remaining proactive and self-driven in independent tasks. • Positive attitude in challenging work environment.
- • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to perform multi-tasking in fast-paced environments. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
