Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
• Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
• Proactive in identifying tasks without waiting for assignments.
• Ability to manage process flows and meet timelines.
• High attention to detail.
• Ease in building relationships with candidates.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
