- Use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
- Contribute to projects optimizing recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
- Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
- Proactive in identifying tasks without waiting for assignments.
- Ability to manage process flows and meet timelines.
- High attention to detail.
- Ease in building relationships with candidates.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
