Intern, HR Engagement

About This Role

Help build Grab's internal culture and manage the end-to-end employee experience as an HR Engagement Intern in Singapore. This full-time role runs from August to December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning/execution of culture activities (wellness, inclusivity).
• Write and design editorial content for internal comms.
• Evaluate engagement metrics to suggest program improvements.
• Manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle in Singapore.
• Collaborate on refining HR processes and enhancing workplace experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and creative tools (Canva/Adobe).
• Ability to apply Generative AI for routine HR tasks.
• Organize project timelines and coordinate with partners.
• Write clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.
