About This Role
Help build Grab's internal culture and manage the end-to-end employee experience as an HR Engagement Intern in Singapore. This full-time role runs from August to December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning/execution of culture activities (wellness, inclusivity).
- Write and design editorial content for internal comms.
- Evaluate engagement metrics to suggest program improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle in Singapore.
- Collaborate on refining HR processes and enhancing workplace experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and creative tools (Canva/Adobe).
- Ability to apply Generative AI for routine HR tasks.
- Organize project timelines and coordinate with partners.
- Write clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.
