Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps across multiple domains.
  • Directly manage and coach Engineering Managers and senior ICs.
  • Drive architectural consistency and platformization for mobile/backend systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership.
  • Oversee operational health, including incident response strategies at scale.
  • Lead product discovery efforts balancing technical trade-offs against business impact.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in engineering management leading multiple teams/managers.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale consumer-facing products.
  • Deep experience in Mobile Platform, Scalable Backend Microservices, or Data Science/ML.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical/product strategy across boundaries.
  • Passion for coaching and developing engineering leaders.
  • Expert understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and SRE practices.
  • Data-driven mindset using A/B testing to achieve business outcomes.
