About This Role
Support the OHS programme at Grab in Singapore through hands-on tasks covering compliance, risk management, and wellness promotion. This full-time internship runs from August to December.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety checks and track follow-ups for OHS compliance.
- Help update risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and emergency plans.
- Coordinate emergency drills and support incident/near-miss investigations.
- Embed OHS into new projects like renovations and space planning.
- Plan and implement bi-monthly OHS/wellness events.
- Compile monthly OHS reports and manage OHS data trackers.
Requirements
- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in OHS, EHS, Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management, or Public Health.
- Familiarity with BizSAFE, ISO 45001, risk assessment, Fire Safety, and SWPs.
- Proficiency in data management (Excel/reporting tools).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams (Facilities, People Operations).
- Experience coordinating drills/events is beneficial.
