About This Role

Serve as a regional technical authority supporting the adoption of advanced cryo-electron microscopy workflows across Asia Pacific. This customer-facing role bridges scientific expertise, workflow development, and commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced cryo-EM workflow implementation across Asia Pacific.
• Partner with customers and KOLs to enable scientific success.
• Provide expert guidance on workflow optimization and experimental design.
• Act as a trusted scientific advisor during customer evaluations and sales cycles.
• Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements with internal teams.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and training materials.

Requirements

• PhD + 4 years, MS + 8 years, or BS + 10 years in relevant science.
• Degree in Structural Biology, Biophysics, or related field.
• Strong experience with electron microscopy/cryogenic workflows.
• Proven success in customer-facing technical support roles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Asia Pacific.
