Responsibilities

• Supervise production functions (assembly, test) for capital equipment and components.
• Prioritize production schedules based on capacity, manpower, and material needs.
• Manage operational meetings, tracking performance metrics to improve cycle time.
• Address operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee safety compliance, accident prevention, and required employee training.
• Develop personnel through coaching, goal setting, hiring, and performance management.

Requirements
