Responsibilities

• Prioritize production schedules based on capacity, manpower, and material needs.

• Track performance metrics, drives Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.
• Manage operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and conformance to requirements.
• Develop personnel through coaching, performance management, and career planning.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
• Experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and capacity optimization.
• Commitment to safety compliance and accident prevention.
• Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to work in demanding physical environments (including clean rooms).
