APAC CO+I Business Manager

About This Role

Seeking a highly strategic APAC CO+I Business Manager to drive business execution, operational governance, and organizational effectiveness across a rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure portfolio in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day business operations and planning
• Manages team rhythm of business (ROB) and attends key meetings
• Assists with ROB by kicking off internal initiatives and managing team adherence to compliance goals
• Creates robust, efficient business processes and programs following best practices
• Collaborates with partners to articulate objectives, deliverables, and measure outcomes relative to stated goals
• Researches information for the team and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
• 6+ years work experience in operations management, program management, process management, or similar roles
• Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA)
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or HR
• Strong project management and people management skills with a track record of driving complex multi-stakeholder planning
• Proven effectiveness in simplifying complex ideas and managing complexity while driving clarity
• Demonstrated capability in verbal and written communications across a geographically dispersed audience
