About This Role
Drive sales of Microsoft Unified Support and Enhanced Solutions to complex customers in Singapore. Lead integrated selling efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer value and adoption of advanced support offerings.
Responsibilities
- Sell Enhanced Solutions, focusing on Mission Critical Services (60% time allocation).
- Co-sell complex Enhanced Solutions with Services Account Executives.
- Drive Solution Plays to increase Support Services inclusion.
- Lead senior customer/internal discussions on Unified Support alignment.
- Manage pipeline and drive ES growth in assigned accounts.
- Serve as SME for STU and Support Sellers on key offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales/Support sales roles.
- 3-5 years in Support selling/deal orchestration with Unified Support knowledge.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform and Security solutions.
- Proven consultative selling and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience orchestrating large, complex Support Sales motions.
- Ability to engage CXO-level decision makers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
