About This Role
Join Microsoft in Singapore as a Logistics Technician supporting critical Data Center operations. You will manage inventory, process deliveries, and assist with asset lifecycle tasks within a global cloud infrastructure setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle audits and data corrections for inventory control.
- Coordinate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware returns (RMA).
- Document all incoming and outgoing deliveries accurately.
- Perform physical inventory tracking and staging tasks.
- Assist with the destruction of data-bearing devices following policy.
- Escalate issues during high-volume work activity under guidance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma AND 6 months experience/internship in inventory, retail, or warehouse management.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks upon hire and biennially.
- Commitment to complying with all security and data management policies.
