Process Technician (Shift)

About This Role

A Process Technician role at Applied Materials in Singapore requires a weekend or night shift worker with semiconductor process experience to operate reactors and equipment, assist engineers in troubleshooting CVD/PVD processes, and manage data collection for thin film analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assisting engineers in developing process technology for advanced CVD/PVD processes
• Performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs to implement changes based on engineer directions
• Owner for the execution of module processes, data collection for measurement and inspection, and sharing data with engineers
• Interacting with tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequences, and collect data for feedback
• Occasional over-time support activities in process engineering

Requirements

• Ability to work on rotational day, afternoon or night/overnight shifts
• Basic understanding of semiconductor process preferred
• Candidates with prior semiconductor equipment experience can be considered
• Prior experience in Process Technology as technician in Fab/Cleanroom area (CVD, PVD, ALD) is an added advantage
