Responsibilities
- Lead Global Forward Network Project assigned
- Manage system enhancement and drive operation process alignment for timely cost-effective delivery
- Establish government tracking to ensure measureable productivity gains in projects
- Interpret and present metrics/KPIs to Management
- Drive corrective actions with appropriate groups to improve metrics and address exceptions
- Lead the design and implementation of new business processes regarding hazardous materials transportation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 - 7 Years of Experience
- Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in hazardous materials management and transportation
- Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Experience and training with the management of hazardous materials management and transportation is desired
- Interpersonal skills to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others
