Responsibilities

• Lead Global Forward Network Project assigned
• Manage system enhancement and drive operation process alignment for timely cost-effective delivery
• Establish government tracking to ensure measureable productivity gains in projects
• Interpret and present metrics/KPIs to Management
• Drive corrective actions with appropriate groups to improve metrics and address exceptions
• Lead the design and implementation of new business processes regarding hazardous materials transportation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 - 7 Years of Experience
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in hazardous materials management and transportation
• Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
• Experience and training with the management of hazardous materials management and transportation is desired
• Interpersonal skills to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others
