Responsibilities

  • Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company requirements.
  • Designs and implements methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating precision of products and equipment.
  • Develops procedures, project methodologies, and documentation for inspection/ testing.
  • Analyzes operational data to recommend corrective actions and improve reliability test results.
  • Participates in audits, reviews qualification status, and determines the disposition of non-compliant products.
  • Utilizes drawings and specifications to adapt inspection measuring devices when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Materials Science or Quality and Manufacturing.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Operations, or Customer facing quality roles.
  • Demonstrates expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Has knowledge of best practices, competition factors, and differentiates themselves in the market.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, may lead small projects with manageable risks.
  • Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
