Responsibilities
- Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company requirements.
- Designs and implements methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating precision of products and equipment.
- Develops procedures, project methodologies, and documentation for inspection/ testing.
- Analyzes operational data to recommend corrective actions and improve reliability test results.
- Participates in audits, reviews qualification status, and determines the disposition of non-compliant products.
- Utilizes drawings and specifications to adapt inspection measuring devices when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering, Materials Science or Quality and Manufacturing.
- 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Operations, or Customer facing quality roles.
- Demonstrates expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Has knowledge of best practices, competition factors, and differentiates themselves in the market.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, may lead small projects with manageable risks.
- Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
