Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

Applied Materials Logistics Coordinator requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience to manage global supply chain operations, including customs documentation and inventory control in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to established business processes and support development of new workflows.
• Develop process improvement projects to increase service level performance and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality standards by reviewing inventory control reports for discrepancies.
• Gather data requirements for internal/external audit requests and maintain accurate logistics databases.
• Prepare and review files for import/export documents such as customs declarations, SLI shippers letters, and SEDs.
• Provide input on inventory levels and lead times to support purchasing decisions by monitoring purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 - 10 Years of Experience
• Standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting
• Ability to distinguish between colors and work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals
• Use of hand and power tools
