About This Role
The Public Sector Sales Leader role requires a senior leader with 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical leadership to lead high-performing account teams and drive AI transformation within the Singapore public sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead an organization of account teams to create and foster long-term relationships.
- Exceed Revenue, Consumption, Usage, and Customer Satisfaction Goals through frictionless cross-team orchestration.
- Build business and go-to-market models addressing company strategy within country/resource constraints.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and spokesperson in Singapore's policy, regulatory, and procurement environment.
- Motivate Sales Managers to enable business and technical outcomes through customer-centric AI journeys.
- Demonstrate partner advocacy and sponsorship to drive scale and share co-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
- 3+ years of direct/formal, indirect/informal, or project team people management experience.
- 10+ years of direct/formal people management experience preferred.
