Production Control and Planning

About This Role

Applied Materials seeks a Production Control and Planning specialist to manage material resources, maintain SAP work order schedules, ensure MRP integrity, and drive process control for manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP work order release schedules for material on-time delivery to manufacturing and engineering.
• Increase component availability by performing pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis.
• Review MRP execution, ensure accuracy of supply/demand data, and validate master scheduling requirements.
• Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and prepare status reports of all ECOs and ECRs.
• Participate in floor audits with Finance to resolve Work In Progress (WIP) issues.
• Work with engineers on shop floor control activities and manage materials for special engineering projects.

Requirements

• Specialize in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control.
