Logistics Operations

About This Role

Logistics Operations role requires a skilled logistics specialist to manage warehouse operations, drive quality excellence and cost objectives, and lead 3PL performance improvement initiatives under SGP Logistics Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material warehouse operations and customer deliveries
• Drive 3PL provider performance, capacity planning, and space optimization
• Establish Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Scorecard metrics for logistics excellence
• Ensure warehouse inventory control, cycle counts, and SOX compliance
• Drive 3PL towards effective capacity planning and productivity improvement
• Assist in Applied Logistics Quality Management System audits and controls

Requirements

• 5-8 years of manufacturing logistics warehouse operations experience
• SAP ERP (ECC & EWM, S4Hana) system experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (DMAIC, Six Sigma)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to demonstrate high sense of urgency and adaptability
