About This Role
Applied Materials Logistics Operations Analyst requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience leading logistics operations and project management to drive compliance, capacity improvements, and process governance.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational process improvements to drive compliance cost, productivity, capacity, and quality improvements.
- Support management in the development and governance of partner strategies and process compliance programs (e.g., RBA, 6S).
- Develop and sustain logistics-related compliance programs including site Logistics Business Continuity Plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational and functional goals are achieved.
- Act as a compliance focal for Logistics audits, internal reviews, and external assessments.
- Drive consistent performance reporting standards and align corporate initiatives with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics operations, transportation management, supply chain, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years relevant operations experience in Logistics disciplines and management of Logistics Service Providers.
- Demonstrated experience leading logistics operations or projects with driven process improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- SAP Knowledge as an advantage.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong business acumen.
