New Product Manufacturing Engineer III

About This Role

Applied Materials is seeking a New Product Manufacturing Engineer III in Singapore to manage new product BOMs, Operation Method Sheets (OMS), and 3D solid model virtual analysis for complex modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product manufacturing strategies for complex modules.
• Manage the development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium complexity.
• Perform 3D solid model virtual analysis including Master Layout (MLO) and Digital Mock Up (DMU).
• Orchestrates change requests including Non Standard Requests, Engineering Change Orders, and Supplier Problem Sheets.
• Lead the managed build process for programs/projects and resolve Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA) issues.
• Provide technical support to contract manufacturing and piece part suppliers for new product introductions.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of NPME role.
• Independent development and release of new product BOMs for complex modules.
• Experience with 3D solid model virtual analysis and Master Layout (MLO).
• Ability to work in tight spaces, bending, squatting, and twisting.
• Experience with Non Standard Requests (NSRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Change Control Board (CCB).
• Knowledge of best practices for integrating with others in the market.
• Experience with Long Term Corrective Action (LTCA) for project/program resolution.
