Sr. Manager Materials Management

About This Role

Applying Materials is seeking a Sr. Manager in Project/Program Management to lead the Buyers and Materials Program Managers team, build organizational structure, ensure on-time delivery of $500M+ materials to Singapore, and drive resourcing projects for India-based suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading an organization of Buyers and Materials Program Managers in support of Etch/SRP WW Operations.
• Responsible for building the team from scratch by defining structure, hiring/training top talent, and deploying resources.
• Ensuring On Time Delivery of all materials to the Singapore factory on spend of >$500M/year.
• Leading resourcing projects to increase spend with India-based suppliers to >$135M by 2029.
• Driving POR alignment of the Producer GT and Sym3 Centris & SRP platforms to Singapore Manufacturing.
• Executing segment/functional business plans and contributing to the development of segment/functional strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 10 - 15 Years of experience (Leadership positions in Supply Chain / Sourcing preferred)
• Experience with global supply chain operations and sourcing strategies
• Ability to lead through subordinate managers of managers
• Understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance
