foodpanda is seeking a Specialist, Legal in Singapore. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, providing strategic legal advice, managing corporate governance, and conducting legal research.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Update contract templates as necessary.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract retention, management and administration.
- Responsible for all corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
- Manage and resolve disputes involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ relevant experience as a paralegal / legal specialist OR 2+ years’ relevant experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house counsel.
- Hands on experience in broad commercial law in-house or with a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing commercial terms across a broad range of contracts.
- Commercially astute, highly driven, and pragmatic with strong influencing expertise.
- Strong interest in contracts and contract administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; organised and meticulous.
