Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of holistic retail media strategies to drive brand visibility and conversion
- Manage and optimize high-budget retail search and display campaigns across key partner platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners and advertising agencies
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of media spend
- Coordinate with internal sales and product marketing teams to align marketing efforts with product launches
- Oversee the retail media budget ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient capital allocation
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation in retail media tactics by staying current with industry trends and platform capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or e-commerce leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar retail media budgets across platforms like Amazon or Best Buy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Extensive experience in performance marketing and ROAS optimization
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed corporate environment
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools and retail media management platforms
- Superior verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Deep understanding of the consumer electronics or hardware retail landscape
