About the role
The Manager of Retail Media and Partnerships oversees the strategic advertising relationship between the company and its key retail channel partners. This role focuses on optimizing marketing spend and driving revenue through data-driven digital campaigns and collaborative marketplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies to drive brand visibility and sales across major retail partners
- Manage and optimize retail media budgets ensuring high ROAS and efficient marketing spend across various platforms
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key retail accounts and marketplace stakeholders
- Coordinate with product marketing teams to align media campaigns with product lifecycles and launch schedules
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders
- Lead negotiations for high-value media placements and partnership agreements with retailers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Creative and Operations to deliver integrated marketing programs
- Implement and oversee brand safety and compliance standards across all retail advertising channels
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Professional experience in retail media digital marketing or channel marketing within the technology sector
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Retail Media Networks (RMNs) such as Amazon Advertising Walmart Connect or Target Roundel
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a history of successful partner collaborations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategy and results to executive leadership
- Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with high accountability for performance
- Knowledge of consumer electronics market trends and retail landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and presentation software
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
