Key Responsibilities
- Monitor plant processes via DCS and report abnormalities.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and log readings.
- Perform testing on cooling water, demineralized water, and boiler water.
- Handle loading/unloading of raw materials and products.
- Coordinate equipment handovers with maintenance teams.
- Work towards zero accidents by reporting near-misses and attending safety meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering or relevant studies.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Foundational understanding of basic maintenance principles and practices.
