Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders across the East Asia Pacific Cluster.
- Develop and execute people strategies to support business growth and transformation.
- Drive talent management excellence, including succession planning and performance management.
- Provide leadership coaching and manage employee relations.
- Ensure HR operations and compliance with group-wide and local regulations.
- Contribute to the deployment of Group HR initiatives and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of extensive HR experience, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
- Proven capability in delivering strategic HR advisory services, talent management, and operational HR support.
- Experience managing significant HR projects, including change management or organizational redesigns.
- Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
