Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A master's degree in a technical or business field is a strong advantage.
- Work Experience Minimum of 10+ years experience in process or production engineering, with at least 5 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role , preferably within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations Language Fluency in the Subsidiary official language(s), including written and verbal communication in English Specific Knowledge and Know-How Experience working with highly hazardous chemicals in a manufacturing facility.
- High proficiency in Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and ability to deliver sustained cost/efficiency gains.
- Advanced knowledge of process control systems (PLC/DCS) and industrial data analysis tools.
- Root cause investigation training and methodology.
