Key Responsibilities
- Shape Netflix's growth in Southeast Asia, ANZ and Taiwan by attracting and hiring top talent
- Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to define role excellence and recruitment strategies
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
- Coach and influence senior leaders on talent market trends and hiring best practices
- Use data and market insights to educate hiring teams and drive strategic hiring decisions
- Serve as a brand ambassador to enhance Netflix's hiring brand in the region
- Ensure a positive and inclusive interview experience for all candidates
Requirements
- Over 10 years of recruiting experience in a global, high‑growth company
- Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing senior business leaders
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, self‑directed work style
- Deep understanding of talent market complexities in Southeast Asia, ANZ and Taiwan
- Ability to use data and business acumen to guide hiring decisions
- Passion for technology
