Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises Cash Management, Trade Finance, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by growing transaction flows, expertise in cash and working capital management is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, a strong understanding of how to manage cashflows is essential. Account Services, Liabilities and Liquidity Management are critical to supporting clients' cash management needs and the bank's institutional liability franchise. Job Purpose This role is for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic direction, commercial performance and regional execution of Liquidity Management and Treasury Solutions. The incumbent will play a critical role in deal origination and structuring, portfolio optimisation and enterprise-wide product strategy. The SVP will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Coverage, Country Product and senior management to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions, with a strong focus on Liquidity Management, Treasury capabilities and RMB-related initiatives across the region. Key Accountabilities Manage key aspects of the Account Services & Liquidity Management product suite, including product strategy and roadmap, product development, pricing, portfolio management and customer journey Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners in support of the institutional liability book, driven by Operating Account and Treasury Management solutions Work with Country Product partners to align group and country strategies in driving business outcomes and deal pipelines Drive special initiatives in line with changing macroeconomic trends, including diversification of the bank's deposit portfolio and growth in fast‑growing currencies such as RMB Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure timely delivery and successful commercialisation of capabilities, including preparation of end‑to‑end processes, documentation, and sales and marketing materials Ensure clear understanding of product strengths and capabilities across customer touchpoints including RelationshipManagers, GTS Sales Managers, Client Management and BusinessCare through proactive training and communication Drive deal solutioning in close partnership with Sales, Coverage, Treasury Advisory and Implementation teams Key Responsibilities Ongoing research and development to enhance offerings in line with evolving market and client needs Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness of key client propositions aligned to corporate treasurer requirements; partner internal stakeholders to address identified gaps through tactical and strategic measures Identify and mitigate risks through appropriate legal documentation, product controls and robust operational processes Conduct data analytics on the liabilities base and provide insights on assigned segment portfolios to support relationship deepening Proactively engage segment partners to devise and drive strategies contributing to the acquisition, retention and growth of customers and operating account balances Experience & Capabilities 14 to 15 years of relevant banking experience in Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Treasury Solutions or Transaction Banking Product Deep expertise in liquidity structures, operating accounts and balance sheet optimisation Proven track record in leading complex deal solutioning and driving commercial outcomes Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into executable initiatives Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to leverage data for decision-making Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and enterprise mindset Influential leader with the ability to operate effectively at senior levels internally and with clients Highly execution-focused, with strong ownership and accountability Structured and disciplined, with the ability to manage complexity across multiple markets Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management and people development capabilities Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Product Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
