Responsibilities

  • Support change management activities, including communications and learning interventions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives like roadshows and culture campaigns.
  • Design feedback mechanisms to measure initiative effectiveness.
  • Contribute to playbooks and campaign guides for business unit execution.
  • Support the strategic roadmap for Group Operational Risk Culture programme rollout.
  • Develop communication plans and content for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business).
  • 4–6 years of experience in programme management, change management, or corporate communications.
  • Proven experience with GenAI tools and solutions is beneficial.
  • Strong business acumen to understand operations/technology content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
