Responsibilities
- Support change management activities, including communications and learning interventions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives like roadshows and culture campaigns.
- Design feedback mechanisms to measure initiative effectiveness.
- Contribute to playbooks and campaign guides for business unit execution.
- Support the strategic roadmap for Group Operational Risk Culture programme rollout.
- Develop communication plans and content for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business).
- 4β6 years of experience in programme management, change management, or corporate communications.
- Proven experience with GenAI tools and solutions is beneficial.
- Strong business acumen to understand operations/technology content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
