About This Role

Seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Manager to lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, focusing on Employee Central, Payroll, and S/4HANA integration within the KPMG ASEAN region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Requirements Gathering and Proposal Management aligned with SAP product ecosystems.
• Deliver large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and solution architecture designs.
• Support End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating SAP products.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and standards, including Payroll and S/4HANA integration.
• Manage stakeholder engagement for global clients across ASEAN nations.
• Develop presentations and proposals to all levels of management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including design and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central as a mandatory module.
• Familiarity with integration tools and SAP Payroll or S/4HANA integration.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience working with global clients and diverse teams.
• Functional expertise in HCM areas including Payroll, OM, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, and Recruiting Management (RCM).
