Technology Enablement, SAP REFX, Senior Consultant (Manager)

About This Role

Join KPMG's SAP Digital Transformation team in Singapore as a Senior Consultant (Manager) to lead complex, end-to-end SAP REFX implementations and cloud migrations for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into SAP REFX solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP REFX modules (e.g., Financial Reporting, Real Estate Transactions).
• Manage workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO) for integration.
• Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and support go-live activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years in SAP REFX implementation/support projects.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA REFX preferred.
• Experience with global template rollouts for large companies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
