UIUX Designer, Assistant Manager / Manager

About This Role

As an Innovation Manager, you will lead client workshops and ideation to create user-centric solutions leveraging GenAI for breakthrough products in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and conduct discovery sessions to drive ideation.
• Facilitate rapid prototyping, validation workshops with clients and teams.
• Define user flows and guide product refinement based on feedback.
• Translate requirements into developer-ready specifications for smooth handoff.
• Contribute to a positive creative culture through collaborative initiatives.
• Manage UI/UX patterns within Design Systems and ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in client-facing consulting.
• Strong expertise applying GenAI within design processes and integrating AI technologies into UX solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, usability, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-role workflows across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma including managing design systems, information architecture, and mapping user flows.
• Experience working across sectors such as financial services or risk management.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams for clear specifications.
