About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Technology Business Analyst with expertise in Prompt Engineering to bridge business needs and AI-driven financial solutions, focusing on regulatory compliance, automation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications for AI-enabled solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to optimize financial use cases.
• Support digital transformation projects including automation, risk management, and customer experience enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and AI specialists to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services (banking, insurance, asset management).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, data visualization tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and API integrations.
• Strong grasp of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and accounting management principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
