About This Role
Seeking a Senior Associate to lead comprehensive change management strategies and training programs for SAP digital transformation initiatives in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize user adoption while addressing resistance.
- Collaborate with the Training Lead to create effective training programs and materials for users.
- Develop communication engagement plans that integrate change management activities into project timelines.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments to track and diagnose the impact of new system changes.
- Create communication materials through various formats to support stakeholder presentations and deliverables.
- Conduct change surveys and perform result analytics to diagnose survey responses and suggest interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with at least one full end-to-end project implementation cycle.
- Strong background in applying change management methodologies and leading large-scale initiatives.
- Critical thinking, strong listening skills, and problem-solving abilities based on data findings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize high-pressure environments, and deliver in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with data analytics and statistical modelling to support decision-making.
