Cloudflare is seeking a People Operations Intern for July to December 2026 in Singapore. The intern will support HR projects, optimize processes using AI, analyze people data, and manage knowledge. Requires strong organization, AI fluency, and data literacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives
- Identify manual HR workflows and leverage AI solutions to automate and improve them
- Explore ways to use generative and agentic AI to streamline employee communications and internal documentation
- Work on system automation projects and help with system testing
- Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement
- Use insights to make recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (open to all majors) or relevant HR program
- Exceptional organization and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Detail-oriented mindset
- AI fluency, familiarity with AI tools, experience with LLMs or automation tools is a major plus
- Data literacy, comfortable analyzing data, mastery of spreadsheets and data visualization
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
