About the role
Cloudflare is seeking a Solutions Engineer for iGaming customers in Singapore to act as technical anchor throughout the sales cycle, designing solutions and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as technical anchor throughout the sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales
- Design best-fit solutions for enterprise prospects and customers
- Onboard new customers via video, in-person sessions, or documentation
- Support long-term customer growth as a trusted advisor on web and mobile security and performance
- Develop firewall rules from logs, optimize caching and delivery strategies
- Build or adapt internal tools and scripts to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Passionate about technology and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Understanding of internet fundamentals: TCP/UDP, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2
- AI/ML familiarity: LLM applications, inference workloads, RAG, AI gateway
- Hands-on experience with serverless/edge compute (Workers, Durable Objects, R2, KV, D1, Queues) and API-first architectures
