Job's mission
As a Production Planner at ASM, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations and on-time delivery of advanced semiconductor equipment. You’ll collaborate across functions to manage BOM structures, engineering changes, and production schedules, driving efficiency and quality in a dynamic environment. Your work will directly support ASM’s mission to deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the world’s most innovative devices.
What you will be working on
Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
Manage labor hours, cost roll and shipment fulfillment.
Analyze projects promptly and accurately, ensuring demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment.
Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans.
Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter.
Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment.
Implement process improvements to ensure cycle time and delivery requirements are met.
What we are looking for
Minium Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment.
Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player.
