The Director, Finance role at Keppel is responsible for overseeing private fund financial management, capital operations, and risk control to ensure timely investor reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting for private funds.
- Manage fund accounting activities including NAV calculations and capital accounts.
- Oversee fund liquidation processes for legacy funds and GP entities.
- Review funding structures, interest rates, and FX hedging exposures across the portfolio.
- Provide financial support for investment and divestment transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in fund finance, asset management, or real estate investment management.
- Strong experience with capital calls/distributions and investor reporting.
- Experience supporting transactions, refinancing, and fund lifecycle events.
- Proficiency in Accounting Standards, financial controls, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid knowledge of risk management, hedging strategies, and capital structures.
