About the role
Senior Engineer responsible for independently developing MEMS modules, leading review meetings, creating process recipes, collaborating with fab engineers, and conducting risk assessments while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling MEMS modules development related project independently
- Host regular PRS review meeting with project owners of TD integration and Fab module engineers
- Provide robust recipe to TD PI for new process developing
- Co work with fab module engineers to provide solutions for projects
- Provide risk assessments for new developing projects
- Continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
- At least 3 years' experience from Etch/Diffusion/Thin Film/Photo process engineer
- Integration experience is a plus
- Capable of using DPE, 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, 3L5W, 8D
