Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across ASPAC.
- Conduct change impact assessments and analyze risks.
- Design and tailor end-to-end change strategies.
- Lead the implementation of change management activities.
- Develop clear and engaging communications plans.
- Support benefits realization and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Demonstrated delivery of end-to-end change management on large, complex programs.
- Strong focus on business outcomes with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
- Proven ability to scope and plan change activities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Solid experience supporting business-led change and driving behavioral adoption.
