KPMG is hiring an Executive/Senior Executive for HRIS automation & Process Improvement on a 6-month renewable contract. Responsibilities include streamlining HR processes, supporting SAP SuccessFactors, building automation solutions with Power Platform, and collaborating with HR and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, document, and streamline end-to-end HR operational processes.
- Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting).
- Build and support process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and automation solutions.
- Assist in identifying SuccessFactors gaps and implementing solutions.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Systems, HR, or Business.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred).
- Experience supporting HR process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of the HR lifecycle and system design impacts.
- Experience or exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
