Associate Manager, HRIS, Process Improvement. Focus on redesigning and streamlining HR operational processes, acting as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, and designing automation solutions using Power Platform. Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, redesign, and streamline end-to-end HR operational processes.
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting.
- Design and deliver process automation and digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
- Identify SuccessFactors functional gaps and design pragmatic workarounds.
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives end to end.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Technology teams.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central.
- Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement, optimisation, and digital transformation.
- Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle and system design impacts.
- Practical experience with automation and integration tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, API integrations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
