Manager, Finance (1 year contract)

<h2><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for full set of accounts, including preparation of management accounts</span></li><li><span>Ensure the </span>timely closing of accounts and preparation of consolidation schedules</li><li><span>Lead all financial planning and analysis related functions, including driving </span><span>quarterly forecasts, annual budget exercise, reviewing of operational plans, and providing variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reporting</span></li><li><span>Work with stakeholders in other finance functions and Finance Shared Services Centre to prepare financial reporting, tax reporting, statutory reporting and ad-hoc reporting for assigned entities</span></li><li><span>Monitor and manage cash flow, including intercompany loans and working </span><span>capital requirements</span></li><li><span>Support operations by liaising closely with line of businesses </span></li><li><span>Support the internal and external audit processes. </span></li><li><span>Preparation of tax computations and support in clarification of tax queries</span></li><li><span>Review of bank &amp; intercompany reconciliations and GST filing</span></li><li><span>Preparation of statutory financial statements &amp; XBRL filing</span></li><li><span>Perform finance analysis which includes revenue and expense analysis at cost center level</span></li><li><span>Perform compliance checks on internal processes</span></li><li><span>Supervise and guide team members </span></li><li><span>Other ad-hoc assignments including, but not limited to, system project assignments etc.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul><li><span>Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA </span></li><li><span>4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience</span></li><li><span>Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies </span></li><li><span>Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind</span></li><li><span>Proficient with MS Office applications and knowledge in SAP S4 Hana and One Stream consolidation system will be advantageous </span></li><li><span>Application submission to include appraisals from existing and past employers</span></li></ul><p><span>#LI-VB2</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>BUSINESS SEGMENT</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Corporate<p></p><p></p><h2><b>PLATFORM</b></h2><p></p>Operating Division
