<h2><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Associate, Portfolio Management will support the senior portfolio management team in monitoring, analysing and managing the portfolio of the Keppel Infrastructure Fund series. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support decisions making, portfolio optimisation, with the objective of delivering superior risk‑adjusted returns.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Portfolio Monitoring &amp; Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to timely obtain operational and financial information, as well as progress on strategic initiatives.</li><li>Update the fund-level financial models for periodic return and progress assessment.</li><li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on portfolio performance, risks, return drivers and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Assess return outlook by identifying opportunities and threats early.</li></ul><p><b>Portfolio Companies Engagement </b></p><ul><li>Own and update the financial models of portfolio companies for decision making, periodic valuation and strategic progress assessment.</li><li>Analyze macro and micro drivers to support strategic decision making.</li><li>Comprehend periodic results and prepare quality reports and presentations for investors and other purposes.</li><li>Support the integration of new portfolio companies within the Keppel system and align reporting and data collection standards</li></ul><p><b>Transactions &amp; Fundraising Support</b></p><ul><li>Support divestments through financial modelling, due diligence and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in fundraising activities, including preparation of quality presentation and other materials.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.</li><li>2–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity investment, investment banking, corporate finance or consultancy.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid commercial acumen.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>BUSINESS SEGMENT</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Infrastructure<p></p><p></p><h2><b>PLATFORM</b></h2><p></p>Fund Management
