The APAC Marketing Strategic Initiatives Manager leads high-priority business and marketing programs across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning regional growth strategies with global corporate objectives. This role focuses on driving market share through market analysis, competitive research, and the execution of complex, cross-functional projects in the semiconductor and industrial technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing strategic initiatives across APAC markets
- Collaborate with global marketing and business units to localize strategies for regional growth
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
- Drive regional product launch activities and strategic customer engagement programs
- Manage high-impact marketing projects from inception through delivery and evaluation
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of regional strategic programs
- Provide data-driven strategic insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions
- Oversee regional marketing budgets to ensure high ROI on strategic investments
- Facilitate collaboration between sales, product engineering, and regional supply chain teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Technical Engineering field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or strategy consulting
- Prior experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial automation industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-national strategic projects in a matrixed organization
- In-depth knowledge of APAC market dynamics, specifically in China, Taiwan, or South Korea
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in financial modeling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level interaction
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is highly preferred
- MBA degree is considered a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency with CRM and business intelligence tools
